Please pay attention to the following issues, otherwise itmay cause abnormal charging, high charging temperature, intermittent charging, or even not charging.
● Please put the phone/watch at the center of charge area(as picture shows).
● We recommend QC2.0/3.0 Quick charger adapter(9V /1.67A), cause the charger charges two device at same time, 5V/2A is normal charge, the charging speed would be slower.
● The charging distance is 2mm-10mm, please don’t wear protective case which is over 3mm thick.
● The watch has temperature control. When the temperature reaches 40 degrees, it will be stop charging automatically. If the temperature is normal, it will continue to charge.
● No metal or magnetic objects around 6cm of the back center of phone during charging.
● The lower temperature, the faster charging speed. The charging speed is faster in winter than in summer.
● Please don’t charging in high temperature and humid environments to avoid damage of circuit.
● Put it at the place that children can’t reach to avoid unnecessary addidents.

4. Q: I got my order but it is damaged, what should I do?
A: If the outer packing is obviously damaged, please take a photo immediately and refuse to sign in, then contact me in time.
